Zayak only collect your personal information like name, email address, etc. when you:

- • Sign up to our services such as Zayak Shop.
- • Enter giveaways or other advertising activities by Zayak and/or our partners

At Zayak the personal information obtained from users is used to offer them the products and services they need. When you contact us, we also use this information to identity you. We may also send account statements, email updates, and other things that we consider are important or interesting from time to time.
Zayak also uses personal information to deliver a tailored web experience for its users. Zayak is able to provide you with more relevant material and adverts, and hence a better service, by learning a little about you.
What if I make a purchase at a Zayak Shop?When you buy or make an offer in one of our Zayak’s shops, we can collect the personal data you provide, which will be used to complete the transaction. Remember that Zayak is only a platform and does not own the Shop. All activities and use of any customer data are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
Zayak does not process or ask for credit card details. This is either entered via third-party sites such as PayPal or Authorize.net, or direct between Shop and buyer.
Will Zayak disclose any of my personal information?Zayak make sure not to disclose any of its customers personal information to any one, except as described below, or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of Zayak.
Zayak will only disclose the users’ personal information after clearly declaring it when asking for the information, such as during registration or in the rules of a giveaway or other promotions.
Zayak does disclose user statistics to represent our audience to prospective partners, advertisers, third parties, and other lawful purposes. These statistics are always unnamed and can’t be traced back to specific users. For instance, we may reveal that 30% of our customers prefer vintage fashion, but we would not publish a list of email addresses for this group (or any other).
If you contact the supplier to either make an offer or make a purchase through Zayak, the data you contribute will be shared with the shop owner to respond or process the transaction. These Shop Owners have their own separate privacy and data collection policies independent of Zayak, and Zayak has no responsibility or liability in connection with these.
Zayak engages in the independent third-party TrustPilot program, encouraging shoppers to rate and review their recent shopping experiences at Zayak. TrustPilot has independent privacy and data collection practices that are not related to Zayak.
Other partners, such as Internet sites and services accessible through Zayak whom we inform you are collecting data in connection with the giveaway or other promotions, have independent privacy policies, and Zayak has no responsibility or liability in connection with these.
